Details:
- We will upgrade Fluentbit Service version on all Regional Edges.
This will facilitate improved processing of access logs and security events

Projected impact:
- Throughout this window, we anticipate no downtime for customer services and applications. However, please note that access logs and security events may be temporarily unavailable during the Fluentbit service restart, which we anticipate to last less than a minute
